Plan Now, Make the Most of Clinical Congress

With hundreds of sessions on the agenda, Clinical Congress can be overwhelming to navigate on the fly. Building your schedule before you arrive means less scrambling later and a better chance of catching the sessions that matter most to you.

Start with the Meeting Platform

The Meeting Platform is your gateway to the full Clinical Congress program. Browse sessions by topic or format, build a personal itinerary, and track program updates as they're posted. If you're already registered, just sign in at the top right to get started.

Once you're signed in:

• Explore the program by day, session type, track, modality, state regulatory mandates, and more.
• Narrow your results using the filters in the left-side menu.
• Select "Add to Schedule" for sessions you want to attend.
• Review your saved selections under "My Schedule," in the dropdown menu under your name at the top right.

When your itinerary is set, print it, export it to your calendar, or import your education credit data into a credit cart. And there’s no need to build your schedule twice. Every session or event you add automatically carries over to your schedule in the Clinical Congress mobile app.

Take Your Schedule with You

Once you're onsite, the Clinical Congress mobile app puts all that planning to work. Available to registered attendees, the app syncs with the Meeting Platform and delivers up-to-the-minute program details and exhibitor information.

Use the app throughout the meeting to access:

• The complete event schedule
• Your personalized schedule
• Interactive venue maps
• Exhibitor information, including products, services, and booth locations
• Shuttle bus routes, schedules, and the bus tracker
• CME details

The app stays useful long after Clinical Congress wraps up. Revisit educational and exhibitor information, or jump straight to the Meeting Platform to access handouts and submit session evaluations.

The Clinical Congress mobile app will be available to registered attendees ahead of the meeting. In the meantime, start building your personalized schedule in the Meeting Platform. Your saved sessions and events will automatically sync with the app when it becomes available.

Once the app is available, download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play using this year’s Clinical Congress app listing. To log in, enter the email address you used to register for the meeting. You’ll receive a one-time code to access your account.
