Take the Resolve-Powered ACS Compensation Survey to Build High-Quality Data

Employers come to the negotiation table armed with compensation data, and surgeons should do the same. That’s why from now until November 14, the ACS is hosting a compensation survey to help members provide each other with concrete salaries, signing bonuses, productivity numbers, and more for each surgical subspecialty.

Backed by Resolve, the survey lets you share your contract terms anonymously and, in return, unlocks a dashboard built around your specialty and your contract.

The dashboard will include a full, term-by-term comparison of your contract with the data submitted by other members, so you know exactly how you stack up. Update or add contracts at any time to contribute further to the data pool and compare the terms of those agreements as well.

Your privacy is the foundation, not an afterthought. Resolve administers the survey on behalf of ACS, and every submission is de-identified on receipt and reported only in aggregate. It is never linked to your membership record, never shared with an employer or recruiter, and never sold.

Survey respondents will also be entered to win an attorney-led contract review from Resolve.
