TQIP Annual Conference

Speaker Resources

Thank you for preparing a presentation for the 2026 TQIP Annual Conference, November 13–15 in Anaheim, CA.

Speakers are required to submit their presentation on-site in the Speaker Ready Room the day before or at least four (4) hours prior to session start time. Presentation files cannot be submitted in the session rooms.

Please log in to the Speaker Portal below to access the TQIP PowerPoint Template and complete your disclosure and required speaker tasks. All speaker tasks must be completed by October 23.

Speaker Ready Room

The Speaker Ready Room will be located at the Anaheim Convention Center (Room 201A), and open during the following times:

  • Thursday, November 12 | 2:00–6:00 pm
  • Friday, November 13 | 7:00 am–5:00 pm
  • Saturday, November 14 | 7:00 am–5:00 pm
  • Sunday, November 15 | 7:00 am–10:30 am
